Terms And Conditions Overview of Terms and Conditions Like all companies we have to impose some but they are straight forward and not confusing. - If you buy on line you can return it within seven days of receiving the article for a full credit, no questions asked. If you receive a product and are unhappy with the product or your choice, let us know- we are not unreasonable. We want you to be satisfied so you will spend lots more with us! Orders are only processed once payment has been confirmed or you have an existing wholesale account. New wholesale customers must work on a pro forma basis (payment first) and then on a second order placed we will open a monthly trading account. All wholesale accounts are due on the 20th following month. By opening a wholesale account with us you consent to being liable for any debt collection costs incurred in recovering the debt. This is currently a flat fee of $50 plus 20% of the debt owed, as charged by our (and most) debt collection agencies. A late payment interest rate of 3% flat per month, can and will be added to all overdue accounts shall we deem necessary to implement. Payment Options You can phone, post, fax or email your order to us directly at our contact detail page. We even have available credit facilities for retail purchases only from no deposit. Naturally these are subject to normal credit criteria and due to the identification and finance company requirements these must be discussed and finalized instore. For our wholesale customers payments are due 20th following month and this is strictly enforced. Delivery / Freight Twice daily courier service enables us to dispatch quickly, and at favourable rates, our giftware range to our clients. With our furniture range we use the carrier that we can best get the product to our customer. This is normally line haul and we will quote on an item-by-item basis for this service due to the large size variance of our range plus also the destination. Please note our minimium order to process is $100 +GST of stock available now items. ($300+GST for first time orders). This is simply due to economics and cost of processing. Freight is also charged at cost and is calculated at time of order. Freight for our wholesale clients is at the clients cost and is charged at our net cost.
