About Carolina Trading Company
In 1996 Carolina Trading was started from scratch with no client base and no products but a strong desire and determination to become a major player in the New Zealand gift and homeware industry. Originally based in Dunedin we moved to Auckland in late 2000.
We are now established as an importer and wholesaler of homeware and gifts, with sales agents nationwide. We serve over 400 clients in the giftware and homeware industry throughout New Zealand, as well as pharmacies, hardware stores, garden stores and PaperPlus / Take Note stores.
We support and work with a number of popular New Zealand artists such as Steve Sotogi and Debbie Morgan, whose works feature prominently in our diverse product mix such as coasters, place-mats, melamine trays, photo albums and canvas art prints.
We are also one of New Zealand's preeminent direct importers of premium quality Himalayan Salt Lamps and crystals.

Where We Are Based
Our address is 10F Vega Place Albany on Auckland’s North Shore. Access is via the Constellation Drive exit, turn right and go under the motorway, then left at “Wendys” into Vega Place. We have plenty of off street parking.
